A Note About Heat & Shipping

Mood Indigo Living products are handcrafted with pure, natural butters and oils — which means they're as sensitive to heat as they are beautiful on your skin.

From March through October, we take extra precautions with every shipment: thermal bubble mailers, ice packs, and careful packing. But summer heat — especially in the Southwest, Arizona, Texas, and along the West Coast — can be unforgiving even with the best packaging.

Here's how we ship smart in warm weather:

• East Coast & Southeast orders ship Tuesday–Thursday
• Midwest & Northeast orders ship Monday–Wednesday
• Texas, Southwest & West Coast orders ship Mondays only, with upgraded ice packs

We strongly recommend expedited 2-day shipping for Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas orders from May through September.

Because we cannot control conditions once a package leaves our hands, we are unable to guarantee products against heat damage during transit. We do everything in our power on our end — and we ask that you retrieve your package promptly upon delivery and store it in a cool place.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at standard carrier rates. Orders over $150 ship FREE anywhere in the US.

Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Because everything is made fresh by hand in small batches, there may occasionally be a slight delay — we'll always let you know.
