Because our products are handcrafted skincare items, we are unable to accept returns. Strict hygiene and safety standards in the skincare industry prohibit the resale of returned personal care products — and because everything at Mood Indigo is made fresh in small batches with pure, natural ingredients, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of product integrity for every customer.

That said, we want you to love every single thing you receive from us — so if something isn't right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a Store Credit.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee against heat damage that occurs during transit. We take every precaution on our end — thermal packaging, ice packs, and strategic shipping schedules — but once a package leaves our hands, conditions are beyond our control.
