Junk Free & Earth Friendly
Mood Indigo products are made with the basics – premium quality natural botanical ingredients – consciously sourced and as close to nature as possible. We scent our products with pure Essential oils and color them with clays, spices, flowers, leaves, stems, roots and shoots. We work really hard to make sure that our products are toxin free and made WITHOUT Parabens, Phthalates, sulfates, mineral oils, dimethicones, petrochemicals, synthetic colors and synthetic fragrances.
Our commitment to sustainability means that we use as little packaging as possible. Our jars are made with PIR (post industrial recycled resin) and the plastic bags we use to wrap our Bath Bombs are biodegradable and compostable.
Listen, it’s always a little bit of a struggle as I do love fancy packaging and would LOVE to go all out and wrap our Face Oil bottles in expensive hand made paper boxes….. aargh… but I simply come back to my commitment to the sustainability of this planet and that squelches the struggle instantly!!!
Good Moods & Singing Skin
Molecules of Empowerment wrapped in Singing Skin... say whaaat?
We’re all about good moods and singing skin, even when the going gets tough. Our essential oil scented skin care products have the added benefit of mood boosting qualities. Whether it’s the pep of Wake It up or the chillaxed vibe of Lavender cloud, the mind-body-mood connection is just as important to us as your seriously soft, hydrated, singing skin! We’re a tribe of witty, authentic and real people committed to caring about the planet, our communities, the people we love and our precious Selves!!
Love, Good Juju & Giving Back
I kid you not when I say that each and every product is infused with a whole lotta love and good juju! When every product is created by happy women munching masala popcorn, sipping adult beverages and dancing to bad 80’s rock, you KNOW that these products are imbued with vibrant and joyful energy which in turn leads to some seriously good vibes!
Best of all, we believe in giving back to our local and global communities. We donate a portion of our profits to the Ada Jenkins Center, in Davidson, NC as well as the reforestation project, One Tree Planted, out of Shelbourne, Vermont.
We also give to a variety of other local non-profits who provide assistance to women in transition.
