I really was hoping for a wonderful experience! I am so disapointed, first shipping was supposed to be free but when delivered we paid over $15.00 at the door! I contacted the company who basically said oh well! The smell is horrible, my friend said it smells like burnt wood! I wanted to give 2 of them as gifts. Very disappointed!

As I said in the multiple emails we exchanged, I'm very perplexed that a mailman showed up at your door and said that you owed $15 for a package that I had already paid to mail to you! I sent you screenshots of the tracking and back end, which showed that you did indeed get free shipping with a purchase over $100. You agreed that something seemed fishy and amiss. And while I understand that you are angry you had to pay an extra $15 to receive the package, I still think you need to either report this to your post office or get a receipt for your payment so that I can look into things and rectify the situation. When I did not hear back from you I assumed you had dropped the matter.
I assure you that saying 'Oh well' is simply NOT part of the customer service experience here at Mood Indigo.

Also, people seem to have a very strong reaction to Patchouli, both positive and negative, and sadly you fall in the 'I can't stand it' category. I am more than happy to continue my conversation with you to find a resolution, so please feel free to respond to the email I sent prior to this reveiw if you'd like to discuss further. Don't want you to walk away feeling awful about your transaction!
