Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days from when they are placed. However, please keep in mind that Mood Indigo Soaps makes all of our products fresh daily, by hand in small batches. While this process does ensure that all of our products are fresh and wonderful, it will occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping. Rest assured that we will tell you about any delays as quickly as we know about them.

Returns & Refunds

Our soaps are unconditionally guaranteed to please you. If you do not like them, we will return your money or give you other items that you may enjoy. In most cases we will not ask for the merchandise to be returned, only that it be given to someone else to enjoy.
